Medium / Dark Roast - Our Panama coffee is grown in the Boquete region, considered the best coffee growing region of Panama. The Boquete region provides rich volcanic soil on the slopes of the Baru volcano, producing a coffee with a clean floral flavor, some fruitiness with high acidity and a medium body.
The Baru volcano produces large trees which provide shade to the smaller growing coffee trees so they may grown and develop slowly. As the coffee trees develop slowly, a more intense flavor is provided to the coffee bean, also aided by the rich volcanic soil. Our Panama Boquete coffee is produced by smaller coffee estates which provide very consistent, quality coffee beans. These coffee beans are hand picked and provide an intense, floral flavor which is sure to please the refined coffee drinker.
